Since Arrab Telecom and Information System was established we have worked towards building a new work culture by promoting nationalisation strategies, reducing job turnover, and finding employment solutions that balanced the needs of all parties.
Progress cannot be made by continuing the same old practices, so we like to think ‘outside the box’.
The success of our approach can be seen in our impressive results in terms of recruiting, training and preparing Thousands of young Saudis for the job market.
Alongside strong operational performance we employed around 500 Saudi nationals in our workforce.
